Goldman Properties’ Jessica Goldman Srebnick and her partner and father, developer Tony Goldman, are putting finishing touches restaurant, with aclassic, farm-to-table and international menu created by master chef Marco Ferraro, of their award-winning South Beach restaurant, Wish.
Starters include sautéed garlicky mussels in a tomato broth, and local tomato gazpacho with cucumber, watermelon and house made croutons ($8 and $10). A selection of house made sausages, ($7 and $9), range from savory beef with spicy mustard to lamb with cumin spiked yogurt dip. Clay pots (served in half and full portions, $9 to $24) brim with local snapper and mussel curry with ginger, mango and basil, and chicken curry with Fresno chili.
Six juicy burgers ($9-$11) are served on brioche or multi-grain pita, with refreshing slaw or crisp hand-cut fries. A variety of omelets and sandwiches ($10-$12) and farm fresh salads with Homestead greens will also be available. Home-style entrées ($18-$24) include caramelized grilled rib eye with garlic-rosemary confit, and roasted chicken. Sides ($5 and $6) ranging from sautéed local mushrooms from Florida’s famed Paradise Farms, to mac and cheese, along with daily blackboard specials, and light to decadent desserts, an international wine list, amazing cocktails and artisanal beers, round out the offerings.
