My favorite potato recipe is Scalloped Potatoes. It is really Potatoes AU Gratin since I add shredded cheese to the white sauce, but we call it Scalloped Potatoes.
My everyday favorite potato recipe is simple mashed potatoes.
My favorite potato recipe is potato and bacon soup =)
My favorite has no real name, shred potatos, pat them dry add a little pepper, a touch of finely diced onion and stick together as well as you can and pop into your waffle iron, well sprayed with Pam and on high. Best hash brown you ever had (also have used instead of bread for breakfast sandwiches)

Scalloped Potatoes are the best!

My favorite way to have potatoes is oven browned with onions or leeks, simple but delicious.
Potato Salad with fresh bacon bits and dill
I like cheesy garlicky mashed potatoes.
potato scallop
Simple roasted potatoes
Probably mashed potatoes. I bet this cookbook could help me expand my potato experimentations 😉
potato skins!
My favorite potato recipe has always been Mashed Potatoes but I also love Potatoes Au Gratin or Scalloped Potatoes. Oven Roasted Potatoes are always a hit with my daughters.
You`ll probably hate this but I love to shred the potato with a bit of onion, salt pepper add a touch of flour and a little egg. In they go to the waffle iron making the best hash browns (also makes a great substitute for bread in a sandwich)
First let me say thank you for my prize; it is greatly appreciated.
This is not the first time I have used your “Dutch Yellow” potatoes, but it is the first time I have used “The Perfect Everyday Potato Cookbook.” There are quite a few recipes that are new to me; and I look forward to trying them.
