Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie
2/3 Cup Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
1 1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
2/3 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Cups Ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
1/2 cup vanilla Noosa Yoghurt
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup coconut milk
Blend until smooth, it will be very thick like a milkshake.
I don’t actually follow a formal recipe ever. Just combine whatever fresh fruit is around (I esp like strawberries and bananas and oranges together), some milk, and I often put some flaxseed in as well. A handful of frozen/fresh blueberries add great color and a unique blast of flavor.
I don’t really have a favorite, but I would put this to good use and experiment.
This is a great looking blender. It would add more variety in my fruit diet.
Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie
2/3 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberry
2/3 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Cups Ice
spinach or kale, beets or carrots, a fresh fruit, a handful of frozen fruit, chia seed, flax seed, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, and a spoonful of coconut oil/butter or nut butter
I don’t have the exact measurement, I do it by eyes. I add lot of strawberry, a handful of blueberry, and mango. A scoop of whey protein, some chia seed, and either flax milk or coconut milk
Yowza! I’m more of a “throw everything in and don’t measure” smoothie maker. I’m a big fan of peanut butter, banana, and chocolate/Nutella with either yogurt or milk (or non-dairy milk). Sometimes I throw in chia seeds, flax, or vanilla.
My favorite is:
1 cup blueberries
8 ounces yogurt
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Thanks for the chance!
2 green apples, halved
4 stalks celery, leaves removed
1 cucumber
6 leaves of kale
1/2 lemon, peeled
I don’t have any exact measurements but my favorite is a blended berry mix, organic strawberry yogurt, spinach and pomegranate juice. It’s delicious.
Fresh banana 1
Orange Juice 1/4 c
Fresh strawberries 6 -8
Plain Greek yogurt 1/2 c
1/2 cup bannanas
1/2 cup of strawberries
8 oz favorite yogurt
Cherry Coffee Smoothie
¾ c frozen cherries
¾ c almond milk
½ c cold coffee or coffee ice cubes
½ tsp vanilla
COMBINE all ingredients in the blender and whirl until smooth
1 apple
½ tsp vanilla
¾ c frozen cherries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 lemon, peeled
COMBINE all ingredients in the blender and whirl until smooth
greek yogurt, almond milk, frozen mixed berries, spinach, dash of honey, cinnamon—proportions to taste
Would love to learn some new recipes. Don’t really have a favorite.
I like flavored protein powder, almond milk, and either a banana or strawberries. I have not been able to make these for a while because my 40-year old blender no longer works!
My favorite right now is blueberry, apple, carrot, vanilla yogurt and orange. I was surprised when I found out my youngest grandson loved it so we make that one a lot.
Fruit… whatever is in my refrigerator!
Orange juice and chocolate protein powder.
I like it simple–strawberries, bananas, and milk.
My favorite fruit smoothie is frozen berries and kefir or yogurt plus sweetner and/or vanilla protein powder. My favorite veggie smoothie is 2 large cucumbers (peeled, seeded), 1 large avocado, 1/4 small red onion and 1/2-3/4 cup kefir or plain yogurt, season to taste.
1 8 oz cup cold brew coffee
a good healthy squirt of hersheys syrup
ice cream
Strawberry yogurt
Spinach
Frozen Berry Blend
Pomegranate Juice
Kale
Spinach
Cucumber
apple
vanilla yogurt
ice
Frozen berries or peaches, yogurt, and a banana.
No need to measure….
Blueberries
Banana
Greek Yogurt
Spinach
Flax Seed (ground)
Honey
Green Tea
Milk
….all organic, of course!
I would add a cup of blueberry yogurt, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, a banana and ice.
I don’t do exact measurements so here is our favorite recipe
Bananas, strawberries, pineapple, oranges, ice, vanilla yogurt and pineapple juice.
1 small Banana
2 Cup frozen berries
Hint of almond milk for smoothness
I like strawberry and banana smoothies.
