I was happy to win the White Whole Wheat Flour recently, but very disappointed the expiration date was only 2 months away. All other flours I’ve purchased show a longer expiration date, so this concerns me about how fresh this flour is with only 2 months to be used by. In addition, I couldn’t possibly use up a whole 5 lb bag in just 2 months.

Absolutely loved it. It had a great taste and worked better than regular flour.
I tried the “UltraGrain All-Purpose Flour” it made some of the best biscuits and pancakes I’ve made in a while. I will be getting more of this flour in the future. I normally buy my flour in 25 Lb bags. I hope UltraGrain can be found in the same quantity.

I was recently a winner for the Ultragrain Flour. I used some for making bread in my bread machine. I have never had any luck using grain flour when making bread but this flour worked great. The bread had a nice texture and the flavor was wonderful. I’ll have to find a local store that carries this flour. My next baking spree I will be trying some of the recipes that came with the flour.
