Two close family members are required to follow gluten free diets, so I am doing lots of gluten free cooking. I find food that is naturally free of gluten is more delicious and satisfying than creating substitutes. I look forward to seeing Barbara Kafka’s book and recipes.

Thank you so much for the cookbook! It is wonderful and has already exceeded expectations! Tonight I made the turkey and cranberry meatloaf and my husband has not stopped raving about it. The hummus is the best that I have ever made – and I have made a lot of hummus, I think the difference was using roasted sesame oil. I have made the roasted beef and I sat and ate the sauce with a spoon, it was so good. I wish that I could say that I am exaggerating to justify winning the cookbook, but this really is turning out to be one of the best cookbooks I own.
