J.K. Adams designed the 1761 Collection to honor his home of Dorset, Vermont incorporated that year. The collection includes this early American-style large round serving board (23 3/4″ x 19 1/4″ x 5/8”), made from North American Ash and finished with locally made driftwood teak oil finish.
Use it as for serving breads, cheese, crackers, fruits and more. Cleaning is simple — gently wash, let it dry and occasionally treat it with food-grade wood mineral oil.

Cheese, cracker and fruits will be a nicely display on this board
This cutting board is so pretty. I’d love to do a cheese board with local Northwest cheese for my next party.
Gosh, that’s nice wood! Any charcuterie would be proud to sit on this lovely board.
I would use this to serve sushi. At a previous party we hosted, we served sushi on a wooden boat from IKEA, but this would be more elegant. Thanks for hosting the giveaway!
Different colored cheeses would look great against the wood

An antipasto platter of deliciousness
Cheese and crackers and grapes

I eould use it for serving veggies, dip and fruit.
I would use it to serve our homemade lunchables with cheeses, crackers and different meats. It also looks like the perfect shape to serve pizza!
