The restaurant serves hearty, casual fare in a setting reminiscent of an old Montana saloon. As the logo implies, the restaurant offers bison in many forms: as nachos, a burger, short ribs, chili and various steaks (filet, rib eye or strip).

I am excited to try this new restaurant. I have just discovered bison and amazingly like it better than beef. This, coming from a dedicated beef lover who seeks out aged flavorful beef steaks. There are so many bison menu selections at Ted’s Montana Grill and I want to try them all. Since I’m gluten free, it’s also a plus that they have a gluten-free menu that gives me many choices. And they actually have some decent veggies instead of the same-old, same-old.

I have been to Ted’s several times and have come away sated, satisfied and SUPREMELY HAPPY every time. It would be a treasure to win this gift certificate!

I was not familiar with Ted’s Montana Grill, but it sounds interesting. I went to their website and the menu looks good and some of the bison items sound really intriguing!

Next time I am in Jacksonville, I’ll have to try this restaurant. My husband has been to the one in Atlanta on a business trip and raved about it.
