William Hill Estate Winery, Coastal Collection

William Hill Estate Winery introduced this Coastal Collection wines, bringing the winery’s signature style from southern Napa to California’s North Coast with the 2012 William Hill Estate North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon and the California Chardonnay ($14 each).

The Cabernet Sauvignon — blended with a touch of Merlot to round out the mouthfeel — has rich dark berry flavor, with a hint of caramel. The 2012 North Coast Chardonnay has a buttery mouthfeel with some tree and tropical fruit flavors. I’d say it’s a classic California Chardonnay.

William Hill Estate, proud supporter of music and the arts, is the official wine sponsor of the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, having raised more than $750,000 in recent years to help restore music education in America’s schools.
