Viking Culinary Line now offers  line of carbon steel ceramic bakeware covered with Exdura Green II ceramic coating,  a water-based non-stick coating. The bakeware — which has double sided silicone pads for easy handling — is free of PFOA and PTFE chemicals; it is oven safe up to 480 degrees F.
