Hakubai Restaurant at The Kitano New York Hotel is offering a Fall Kaiseki Dinner featuring Hakkaisan Sake, this Friday, September 24, 2010 from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. as an introduction to Kaiseki-style food. This special Kaiseki Dinner is limited to 16 participants, and includes complimentary Sake.
Japanese Executive Chef, Yukihiro Sato, of the Michelin-Star rated Hakubai Restaurant will prepare the Hakkaisan Pairing original menu that will include six courses: appetizer, three preliminary courses, a main course and dessert. The pairing will also feature three kinds of Hakkaisan Sake, including an additional surprise sake, and various gifts to participants.
Reservations required; $65 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuities.
