This month, Pizza Rustica — headquartered in South Beach, Florida —  introduced skinny pizza, its newest creation. It’s personal size margarita pizza made with fresh buffalo mozzarella, plum tomato sauce and fresh basil on a light, thin crust that is only 390 calories.

In addition to this lower calorie pizza, Rustica also serves gluten free and whole wheat crusts for their  fresh pizza, along with huge salads and panini sandwiches.

Pizza Rustica is best known for serving authentic “pizza a taglio” (by the slice) popular on the streets of Rome. Its iconic pizza counter displays large pans of delicious rectangular pizzas with fresh, toppings.
