The thing that I absolutely love about Pamela’s Products is the FANTASTIC products they make! There is such a wide variety, and the baking mixes are to die for 🙂 Let’s hope they continue to make awesome-tasting products!!!!
I tried so many gluten free breads when I was diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease and they were so dry and tasteless that I gave up great entirely. Then I tried Pamela’s–what a treat. A moist delicious bread that was easy to make. Wonderful!
I have made nearly every recipe on the bag, and they are all delicious! I no longer buy ready-made breads in the grocery store, when tasty fresh soft breads are available from Pamela’s. The Baking and Pancake Mix is equally good, as are the recipes on that bag, and on the website!
Every product I’ve tried is wonderful. Such great alternatives to mainstream products, and they all taste delicious. Being allergic to wheat was a bummer when I first found out, so Pamela’s gluten-free products really helped me get all the yummy breads and desserts and snacks I’d been missing.
How do you use Pamela’s Bread Mix to make banana bread?
Thanks.
I made the pamela,s sweet bread recipe today and it raised up real nice in the oven, but fell when I took it out of the pan.The top was extremely brown and looked done.I think my oven is calibrated right.I baked it in an 8×4 pan as instructed. Do you think baking it in a larger pan would help?
I am just a little confused…purchased one of Pamela’s gluten-free bread mixes…was trying to make the Pamela’s Amazing bread for bread makers…read instructions and it said DO NPT USE GLUTEN-FREE SETTING. But it does not say
which setting I should use in place of that one….I hate to mess up this mix in my machine that I have not a clue
which setting to use…I do hope my bread comes out good.
Thanks Hillra
Needs better instructions when you say not to use the glute-free setting…do I use white bread, brown brown, or what on the bread machine??? I am surely not the only dummy that picked your mix. thanks, Hillra
Well, I should have read more of the instructions as I did find that Pamela has put use basic bread setting. Sorry, I guess I am the dummy but my bread has not finished and I can not wait to taste it. Thanks, Hillra
