The third annual New Haven Food & Wine Festival returns on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 from 5 – Pilot Pen Tennis logo7:30 pm to be held during the 2010 Pilot Pen Tennis at Yale. The event provides attendees with an opportunity to experience the city’s award-winning and internationally diverse cuisine. Participating restaurants will serve up a taste of their most famed menu items, while guests will also have the chance to meet one of America’s most renowned chefs, cookbook authors and cooking teachers, Connecticut’s own Jacques Pepin.

Participating in this year’s festival include: 116 Crown (Small Plates), Barcelona (Spanish), Basta Trattoria (Southern Italian), Bentara (Spicy Malaysian), Bespoke (Modern American), Caseus (Fromagerie/Bistro), Central Steakhouse (Steak/Seafood), Claire’s Corner Copia (Vegetarian), Foster’s (Modern American), Geronimo (Southwestern), Ibiza (Creative Spanish), John Davenport’s (Contemporary Continental), Kitchen Zinc (Artisan Pizza), Miso (Contemporary Japanese), Pacifico (Nuevo Latino), L’Orcio (Authentic Italian), Thali (Regional Indian), Thali Too (Indian/Vegetarian Cuisine), Union League Café (Parisian Brasserie) and Zinc (Modern American).
