To help celebrate their 20th anniversary, Microplane introduced the Spiral Cutter with two razor barrels, one small and one big, for creating spiral cuts and ribbons from fresh zucchini, carrots, cucumbers, radishes and other veggies. Just insert the food inserted into of the barrels and twist.  Dishwasher safe.
