Melissa’s introduced three high-fiber, high-protein whole grains — Freekah, Organic Red Quinoa and Organic Farro .

A 5- to 6-ounces serving of each grain contains 160 calories and no saturated fat. The Red Quinoa also had 2.5 grams total fat, 3 grams fiber and 6 grams of protein;  Farro, 1 gram total fat, 3 grams fiber and 5 grams protein; and Freekah, 1 gram total fat, 7 grams fiber and 5 grams of protein.

The government recommends three servings — or 48 grams — of whole grains each day.  One serving of each of these provides 45 grams of whole grains or about the recommended daily amount.
