Each 4-ounce serving of the Turkey Breast Steaks has 130 calories, 1 gram saturated fat (of 3 grams total), 210-510 milligrams sodium and 23 grams protein.

Each 4-ounce burger has 250 calories, 5 grams saturated fat (of 16 grams total), 680 milligrams sodium and 27 grams protein.
