Health Warrior has introduced all natural, vegan, gluten, dairy and soy-free Chia Bars available in three flavors, Coconut, Acai Berry and Chocolate Peanut Butter.
Each 1-ounce bar contains 100-110 calories, 0.5-2 grams saturated fat (of 4.5-6 grams total), 45 milligrams sodium, 3-4 grams protein and 4-5 grams sugar, as well as 1000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids and 4 grams of fiber (16% of the suggested daily value).
