Appetizer choices include butternut squash stuffed ravioli in light brown butter sauce with shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano or roasted corn squash soup with crab meat. Two salads compete for second course palates – baby spinach with radicchio, pears crispy walnuts and ricotta or arugula with roasted peppers, grilled onions and portobello mushrooms. The main event is roasted free range turkey with mushroom and sage stuffing, fresh cranberry compote, whipped sweet potatoes, harvest wild rice and honey glazed carrots.
