Combine the fresh produce of three neighboring New Hampshire and Maine farms plus award-winning chefs and what results is the Fourth Annual “Fields on the Saco” 
event held August 27, 2011 at the Sherman Farm (2679 East Conway Rd, East Conway, NH). Walking tours of Sherman Farm and Wagon rides will start at 3:00pm. Cocktails provided by Tuckerman Brewing and Cold River Vodka begin at 4:00pm with dinner at 5:00 pm.
The event supports The Saco Valley Farm to Table Scholarship Fund benefiting students from Western Maine and the Mount Washington Valley wishing to pursue an agriculture or culinary arts career.
