Fiber One has recently introduced Protein Bars in two flavors: Caramel Nut and Coconut Almond.
The Caramel Nut variety contains 130 calories, 3 grams saturated fat (of 6 grams total), 7 grams protein, 7 grams sugar, 5 grams fiber and 180 milligrams sodium per 1.17-ounce bar. The Coconut Almond variety contains 140 calories, 4 grams saturated fat (of 6 grams total), 5 grams fiber, 7 grams sugar, 6 grams protein and 115 milligrams sodium.
