Express Garlicky Linguine
Cook linguine according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/4 c cooking water. Heat 3 T olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 cloves minced garlic; cook, while stirring, until fragrant or golden, about 1 minute. Add the cooked linguine to skillet, toss well. Add enough of the reserved pasta-cooking liquid to just keep the pasta moist. Add 1/3 c fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, toss well. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve topped with 1/2 c chopped parsley.
