Pillsbury has launched the first ready-to-bake gluten-free pizza dough, cookie dough and pie and pastry dough for those with dietary restrictions.
The Pie and Pastry dough can make up to two 9-inch pie crusts, the Chocolate Chip Cookie dough makes sixteen 2-inch cookies and the Thin Crust Pizza dough makes one 10-inch pizza crust.
A 2-ounce serving of Pie and Pastry dough contains 250 calories, 3 grams sugar and 6 grams saturated fat (of 17 grams total).
A 1 to 2 ounce serving of either the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Thin Crust Pizza dough contains 110 – 170 calories, 4 – 9 grams sugar and 1 – 2 grams saturated (of 4 – 5 grams total).
