Dole’s latest products, Fruit Squish’ems, are squeezable pouches containing snack foods in three flavors – Apple, Apple Mixed Berry and Apple Strawberry. They are made without high fructose syrup and are bisphenol A (BPA) and genetically modified organism (GMO) free.

Each 3.2-ounce pouch contains 60 calories, 13 grams sugar and one serving of fruit.
