The whites will not whip. I am an experienced cook and tried twice with a batch of these eggs. Getting to soft peaks is not possible. I assume this is a result of their pasteurization process.
omg!!!!! i just cracked open an egg and i thought i was changing a diaper!!!! the smell was horrific and the egg looked powdery on the inside NO THANK YOU i will NOT be buying this brand anymore!!!!!!!!!
