Dear Sir/Madam,
We greatly enjoy your new product, Crofters Biodynamic Strawberry, that we bought from Whole Food. We fall in love with it.
However, we, especially my grand-mother, aunt, and sisters, have been having a really hard time trying to open the jar. We try heating the jar in hot water or using other methods, but to no avail. We have never had any such problem with opening jars with similar products from other companies.
Just to let you know about our frustration.
