The fifth annual Chicago Restaurant Week will run from Friday, February 17 – Sunday, February 26, 2012. Over 200 of Chicago’s best restaurants will be offering special three course prix fixe menus for lunch and dinner.

I think it is great that someone has made a film of all the beihnd the scenes work and training that goes on in this field. I’m thinking of taking my pastry students to see the show in FL. All the public really knows is what is seen on the Food Network. While this network gives the general public a good insight to the pastry culture it is not about techniques and training, it is all about the showing products. Thank you for your work on this subject matter.
