The Dining Room at the Met + the Tudors Exhibit
There's nothing like visiting the Met with two friends who studied Art History! Their knowledge brought to life the Tudors exhibit for me. Afterward, we headed up to the fourth floor to the Met Dining room with incredible views of Central Park. We were seated with an unobstructed view of the obelisk that's Cleopatra's Needle. The crips Joseph Drouhin Saint Veran 2020, Burgundy, France ($16) went well with the order of fettuccine with an abundance of freshly shaved white truffles, that day's special ($70) that we shared as an appetizer.
