Three decades ago the Capsouto family opened its classic French bistro, Capsouto Frères on a quaint street corner in Tribeca. Many things have changed in the thriving downtown neighborhood since then, but the Capsoutos’ hospitality and service remains the same.
To celebrate their 30th Anniversary, the Capsoutos will offer a 3-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu ($30/person) during October 2010. Dishes will include Duck Pâté, Brandade with Cod Fish, Boneless Short Ribs, Sliced Chicken with Apricot Sauce, Chocolate Mousse Cake, and Blueberry Crepe. The a la carte menu will also be available.

Throughout the evening, pianist/singer Marcie Castro of Perfect Parties will perform.
