I’ve read about the steamfresh line as one of your bites of the best and noticed that you also wrote about the meals for two as a tidbite. I guess it’s time to try one of these products – any recommendation on which variety?
Hi, I was wondering if you have any coupons available on your frozen vegetables. I buy them often and any coupons you could mail me I would greatly appreciate. I never see coupons Birds Eye vegetables in our local paper.
PN, check out our marketplace as you can win FREE coupons for these Meals for Two – along with a microwave to use to cook them.
I looked at these products yesterday and my blood pressure went up as though I had eaten one of these meals. Each one I looked at had 1000 ± 200 mg sodium per serving!
In my Supermarket Sampler review of this line, I did mention that “these are a bit high in sodium (ranging from 770 to 1,230 milligrams per serving) to eat frequently.” Meaning it’s okay to occasional eat a high sodium food as part of a balanced diet. If — though — you are on a sodium-restricted diet, then these are not the best choice for you.
I think your steamer products are very tasty and quite easy to prepare I am always looking for coupons to help us with buying as the hard times we are in we must save money where we can and my husband enjoys the fresh taste and how quickly they can be prepared even he can do it
I was fortunate enough to win the monthly prize of several coupons for free SteamFresh Meals for Two AND a microwave. Just tried the Grilled Chicken in Roasted Garlic. Very, VERY tasty. The pasta was firm and the sauce was delicious….the chicken was a tad over processed for my taste however. I’ll agree with whomever mentioned that the portions aren’t enough for this twosome – My husband said it looked like a “nice little appetizer”. I had to make extra pasta. Looking forward to trying other varieties.
I just bought Birdseye Steam broccoli (4tiny pcs ) with cheese sauce and noodles.
I don’t think anybody in your company eats this. teaspoon of cheese (Process) Horrible.
You guys can to much beeter don’t cheat us with this.
I won the microwave and six coupons for the Birdseye Steamfresh meals. My husband and I have tried a couple of the varieties while out camping. Must say both the microwave and the Steamfresh meals tasted great to us. What else could you ask for, along with some french bread and a salad – makes a wonderful meal. We would like to thanks everyone at BiteoftheBest for all they great works they are doing for the public, as well as their great site. Thanks again, you guys are great!
In a previous comment today, I listed the product code incorrectly on the Steamfresh Grilled Chicken in Garlic Sauce. The correct number is 907NBV41 not 807 etc. I apologize for any inconvenience but the number is very difficult to read on the packaging.
For several years I got the Steamers for one with fish or shrimp in Irwin, Pa. at the Giant Eagle grocery store. I have since moved to Mesa, Az and cannot find them. I really enjoyed them and would like to get them here but am unable to find them.
Thank you,
Jean M. Jackson
I HAD BEEN BUYING YOUR MEALS FOR TWO STEEMERS WITH SHRIMP, BOWTIES PEES AND SAUCE . IN PASADENA TX NOW I CAN NOT FIND IT IN ANY STORE. IT WAS THE ONLY ONE MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH LIKED. OTHERS I COULD FEED HIM NOT ME. WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THEM
