Made with organic 72% dark chocolate, caramel, roasted Guatemalan cocoa nibs and dark chocolate chunks, the bar is Kosher-certified, free of preservatives, additives and high-fructose corn syrup.

Each bar contains 240 calories, 8 grams saturated fat (of 15 grams total), 60 milligrams sodium and 2 grams protein. It is a good source of iron with 15% of the daily recommended intake.
