Vanilla bean: a microplaner is great for taking the hard bean and getting into it in a manner that’s much tastier — and often less artificial — than getting vanilla extract as a liquid.
I like to grate hard dense veggies like sweet potatoes, winter squash, turnip, or fresh beets. They cook faster. They can be stir-fryed quickly or made into a veggie pattie. Yum!
