Wölffer 139 Dry Rosé Cider is made exclusively from New York State apples with about a third grown locally at White Cap Farm in Bridgehampton, New York, five miles from the Wölffer Estate vineyard.

The rosé color and subtle difference in flavor is achieved from the addition of red grape skin extracts.
