The two new belVita Breakfast Biscuits are soft, not crisp like the originals. They come in two varieties — Banana Bread and Cinnamon. They are made with whole grains and are high in fiber.
Each 1.8-ounce serving has 190 calories, 0.5-1 gram saturated fat (of 7 grams total), 5 grams fiber, 3 grams protein, 150-160 milligrams sodium and 9 grams sugar.
