Someone please tell me what these mats are for — and why anyone would want one!
I am 52, and flat footed, and a little overweight, along with having been a nurse in my past and a mom who cooks a lot, especially from scratch. I am in the kitchen quite a bit, and have a tile floor. My feet get sore and tired sometimes by the end of cooking, then cleaning up the mess. I have noticed a huge difference in adding this kind of rug in front of the sink, and liked it so much that my husband bought me one for the island on the side I stand to work. It really surprised me. I am sure it is the same brand. I don’t yet know how they hold up, but I can mop them off, too, versus washing my previous rug, which I used to try to help my feet also. I am sure they wear out if it gets a rip or cut mark, but they haven’t yet, and I used to go through those regular rugs due to washing them quickly, and the gel rugs work so well, it is worth the money to me.
