Each 1-ounce serving contains 110-120 calories, 0 grams saturated fat (of 3 grams total), 150-220 milligrams sodium and 4 grams protein.

 

 

Alyssa Tucker, Bite of the Best Intern: Parmesan Garlic, my favorite, has a perfect balance of both flavors. The garlic is not over powering and the parmesan is prominent. I also like how you can see and feel the seasoning on the cracker.
