bonnie: I found that this full bodied red blend went well with ricotta-filled ravioli sauteed in butter topped with freshly grated parmigiana reggiano, grilled soy-ginger marinated skirt steak,  chile-spiked dark chocolates or on its own,  just enjoyed while nibbling  some roasted almonds nuts and fresh chevre
