Learn what it takes to make chocolate from bean to bar with the TCHO Chocolate Factory Tour taking place daily at 10:30 am and 2:00 pm at Pier 17. The one hour tour will teach you about the history of chocolate and ends with chocolate tasting including tricks and tips for diagnosing chocolate flavors. The event is free to the public.
