To, whom is reading this email let me tell of one of the mose wonderful products ever it is the press and seal wrap. i have own a vacuum esaler, but it is more trouble on taking it out and then cutting cleaning. I buy about 3-4 boxes a month I got both of my son’s and thier girlfriends using it too. I got much of my family and friends using Press and seal wrap. I have found many many ways in using it. I want to thank the most wonderful company that came out with it. Thank You so much
Hi
In our house every thing seem to need wrapped .my husband and I are 75. Married 54 years. All the meat I bring home is indivisually wrapped, and two people can’t eat a whole head of lettuce or cabbage. I also make homemade yogurt and seal the cups with press and seal.My husband thinks press and seal is a little costly but If I use a coupon It makes him happy, and it last a long time so that saves too.
Just wanted to say I tried press and seal made by Glad and really love it use it all the time. Have recommended it to all my family and frends. Thanks for such a great product.
I have a great idea for plastic. Please e-mail me back
I was looking for the continuous GLAD wrap, but could find only perforated in the supermarket. So instead of buying GLAD perforated, I sadly bought another brand of continuous wrap. What a disappointment! The film was flimsy and too thin, and once opened, would not ‘stick’ again.(This was the 1st time I bought a brand other than GLAD.)
Thank you GLAD for a wonderful wra! I am now buying GLAD Press al well!
I just wanted to let you know how much I love Glad Press n Seal. Not only do I use it in the kitchen but I also use it for all my quilting needs and it is the best product by far. I have tried all sorts of “professional” quilting products and nothing else works as well as Glad Press n Seal. My big problem is that I can’t purchase Glad Press n Seal in Australia as the demand doesn’t seem to exist. I know have to ask friends in America to send it over to me. Thanks so much for,a great product.
I love using Press n Seal. My favorite use is in pie making. After I remove the dough from my food processor, I use my wooden bread board, put 4 or 5 drops of water on it, then lay out my sheet of Press n Seal. Put a ball of dough on it, then lay another sheet of Press n Seal and use my rolling pin to roll it to the desired thickness. The few drops of water keep the Press n Seal from scooting around. I remove the top sheet of Press n Seal, pick up one end of the lower sheet and pull it up over my pie pan. Works slick as a whistle. Then proceed with the second crust.
If I want to be really frugal, I fold up the 2 sheets of Press n Seal, stick them in a little zip lock bag and put in the freezer to use another time. Waste not, want not.
I would recommand anyone to try Press and Seal and I promise you will love it.
As I was making an apple pie this morning, as usual I used the press and seal to roll my dough on. I just put a couple of sheets on the counter and roll away. Makes cleanup a breeze. Since its only my husband and I, when I make dinner I always have leftovers and will call my 50 year old son to stop on his way home from work and pick up a care package. I usually put it in a container but used press and seal one day. He called when he got home and said “mom, what did you wrap this with and where can I get it” When I told him he said he had to go buy some. A bit pricey, but well worth it.

Does anyone know where I can find a coupon for the press n’seal?
Thanks
I would recommend Press and Seal to anyone a great product. I have my friends using it.
Glad Press’n Seal is an awesome new product. I’m waiting on Glad Australia to get back to me because they released the product then immediately pulled it from shelves.
I absolutely hate to be without Press ‘n Seal. It is one of my all-time favorite products. It is a bit expensive, but I would go without other things just to buy it. I care for my 94 year old mother and always have leftovers of full plates of untouched food to refrigerate. I no longer search for lids to containers, nor wrap anything in foil and then have to unwrap it to see what it is. I don’t have plastic wrap coming off of things and spills in the refrigerator. I just use press and seal. I can always see through it and know what I have, it seals tightly and there are no spills, and it fits perfectly on any kind of plate or container. You’ll never be sorry you tried this product and, like me, I’m sure you’ll keep buying it. My only regret is that Costco no longer carries it.
Joyce, Just wanted to let you know that Glad Press ‘n Seal is now available in the Bite of the Best shop. Click here.
I have an idea for Glad. I presented it a couple of years ago but got no responce. Color code the bags. As in restaurants cutting boards are used for differant foods. The bags could also be color coded so as not to have to dig thru the freezer and not know what meats or veggies are in the bags. Please let me know what you think and if there is moneys for my idea please acknowledge me thank you
I really live and breathe press and seal.It seals and protects anything I put it on.I tell everyone I see what I use.The only problem is that my husband got laid off and we can’t really afford press and seal anymore.I relize that press and seal is really worth its weight and gold. But I have to do without. We just can’t afford it.
But for the people who can ,go for it.It will be worth it.
Thank you
Cameron, I agree. I found this product in New Zealand and was amazed that it was not on the shelf here in Australia. I too contacted Glad and expressed my disappointment that this product was not available here. They said that the major food chains stopped stocking it, so they decided to pull it out of the marketplace. I said that they had not spent any advertising money on promoting the product, so it was no wonder that we hadn’t discovered it. Their only suggestion was to purchase it from http://www.usafoods.com.au/ Not the best solution I’ve heard but the only one short of getting friends to send it over from overseas. This store is located in Melbourne.
Cheers
I love Press and Seal – Not only in the kitchen but in my studio too. It’s brilliant for sealing paints on the palette in between sessions. I can use my oils a week later and they are perfect. I’m most upset at present as I do not seem to be able to find it in the supermarkets in New Zealand at present. Thank you Julie Clune for the heads up as to where to purchase it.
Cheers
I love, love, love this product (Glad Wrap Press’n Seal). I use it daily!
I absolutely love Press and Seal! I have used it since it has come out. However, I did not know how much I loved it till 2 weeks ago. I had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and could not get the dressing on my leg wet. The cast covers were not long enough to cover it all. So, as I was laying in bed trying to figure out how to get in the shower (dressing on leg would not come off for 1 1/2 weeks!). I happen to think of Press and Seal. I wrapped my leg 2 or 3 times and it was wonderful!! My leg did not get the slightest bit wet or damp! I have been bragging about PRESS AND SEAL to everyone I see and told them at my Orthopedic office too!! This is something I will always brag about. I love it for food too, but this is the best ever!!!! Thank you for saving me, my family and all the people around me that would have had to smell me! LOL Thank you GLAD WRAP/ PRESS AND SEAL
See an earlier post (January) to say that Glad Press’n seal is available in NZ. None in local Countdown or New World. Did buy some from Australia from USA site, but cost of postage makes it too expensive.
Can Julia please tell me where to buy some in NZ?
Be most appreciated
Regards
Raone
Please tell me I can buy this WONDERFUL Glad press and seal in New Zealand. I got mine in America and have just about used it up. I need some more please help and tell me!!!!
I absolutely love Glad Press ‘n Seal. I am a caregiver for my 96 year old mother and it is quite a task to feed her nutritious meals, as her appetite is very unpredictable. She often says she’s hungry, but after only a few bites, drifts off to sleep or says she doesn’t want any more. The Press and Seal wrap makes it easy and convenient to cover and protect a variety of food containers. I often buy large milkshakes, come home and divide them into five smaller cups and cover them with the wrap. Before putting them in the freezer, I use a marker on top to indicate the flavor and date purchased. I could go on and on about all the ways I use Glad, but must tell you how disappointed I am that Costco no longer carries it. How frustrating that is. Thanks for a great product.
