Enjoy a taste of fall with Las Vegas’ Aria Resort & Casino’s Restaurants as they bring exclusive autumn-inspired menus from chefs and restaurateurs Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina, Sirio Maccioni and Shawn McCalin.
Fall flavors will include a variety of seafood dishes including Smoked Pacific Hamachi, Mediterranean Sea Bream Carpaccio and Heirloom Tomato Soup with lobster grilled cheese featured on Aria’s tasting menus. Other fall flavors celebrated will be Chef jean Georges Vongerichten’s highlight of the classic seasonal ingredient cranberries and the incorporation of the truffle at its prime flavor.
