The Palm Springs Restaurant Week will be held Friday, June 3 through Sunday, June 12, 2011. Encouraging guests to “Eat, See and Stay,” Restaurant Week will feature creations from 100 locations, in addition to value priced specials from top hotels and attractions.
Area restaurants will offer diners a three-course prix-fixe menu for $24 or $36. Last year’s menus offered a multitude of flavors to tempt every palate, from eclectic dishes including Hawaiian tuna mojito ceviche, to traditional American cuisine like braised short rib with fall root vegetables, to East Coast thin style pizza.
