Each of the new flavors provides 140 calories, 2.5 grams fat and 17 to 20 grams of sugar. Dannon Activia desserts contain Bifidus Regularis, an added probiotic culture, which helps regulate your digestive system by slowing intestinal transit. The Dannon Activia desserts are available in supermarkets nationwide and retail for $2.79 per 16-ounce package containing four, 4-ounce cups.
