These soups are so much better than the traditional canned soups. I have a 12 yr old that wants nothing but the Savory Chicken and Vegetables. The soup looks so good and there is never any left over when he eats it. That I can’t say about any other soup. I haven’t seen the Maryland Style Crab in my market, but when I do I will definetly buy it. This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. It is well worth the cost.

Select harvest maryland style crab is one of the best soups I’ve ever tasted. My wife bought a variety of soups and bought this particular brand on a whim and boy was I pleasantly surprised. I saved the label to make sure she bought it again, however she did not see it again at the store. Its not as prevalent as tomato soup which is a shame.

I just opened an 18 oz can of Select Harvest Light Roasted Chicken with Italian Herbs and in all sincerety, it is the worst can of soup I have ever had the misfortune of (not) eating. The label pictures a large chunk of white chicken in a spoon full of vegetables, both of which were rare in this can. Seriously, there were only 3 pea-sized (yes, i counted) pieces of chicken and a smattering of vegetables, it was mostly filled with some sort of white inedible bean. It should be called bean and water soup, what a rip-off…

campbells soup is not as good since they made all of the changes. The soup is now too watered down and is missing the rich seasoned flavor it once had. What happened to the soup you could eat with a fork? I prefer SOUP not water.I suggest you bring back a new line of campbells original soup for those who like good soup, and don’t care for this heart healthy sooop.

I received a nice recipe in my email a few days ago and went out and bought three cans of Campbell’s Select Harvest Light Maryland-Style Crab. The soup has only 80 calories per serving …. My problem is that I must have deleted the email-recipe by mistake. It was a recipe I wanted to try and I have tried many that Campbell’s sends me. Can you find the recipe for me? I think the date would be about 1-11-10 that I received the recipe.

I am looking for a recipe which was mailed to me recently. It contains Maryland-Style Crab Soup. I misplaced the recipe and deleted it from my computer. Can you send me another copy? The soup included in the recipe was Maryland-Style Crab Soup.

We absolutely love Campbell’s Select Harvest Garden Recipe Caramelized French Onion soup. There are very few quality onion soups on the market, and this, in my opinion, is extraordinary. It has become hard to find at most groceries, but WalMart still stocks it in our area.

I had a can of the Campbell Select Harvest Light Maryland Style Crab tonight. VERY DISSAPOINTING. It was a mediocre VEGETABLE soup at best. No taste of crab at all. It was light… light on crab. Now where in the can could I scrape up even something that looked like crab. On a scale of 1 to 10 it gets a 1. And, that’s only because it is edible.

The Campbell’s Select French Onion is absolutely fantastic. Rich, hearty, with great flavor. I didn’t even like french onion soup til I tried this kind, but maybe that’s because the other canned french onion soups are so bland and watery. I’ve found Select Harvest also does really well for baking instead of the normal Campbell’s french onion (which it puts to shame). Select Harvest soups are tough to find here, except for tomato, but I may very well order some online and stockpile it. It’s worth the expense.

@ Mary Woodford… I usually mix Campbell’s Creole Style Chicken Gumbo with the Maryland-Style Crab Soup… taste pretty good. Sometimes i also will use just Maryland-Style Crab Soup mixed with extra crab meat, corn relish ( easy to make ), and some Reds Hot Sauce… also, you could put some lemon peel on top to garnish … and some croutons as well

I like the mexican style Harvest Light….. but what I find annoying… and is true with most soups… is that the nutrional value reflects one serving, but there are two in a can. It would be very helpful to have cans that contain one serving. You can always open a second. But, storing 1/2 can of soup to keep to the serving nutrional value gets old…. particularly if you’re at work. Here’s hoping for one serving sizes…. thanks.

I bought my first Select Harvest Chicken with Egg Noodles; and even though it had all white meat chicken, it should be labeled Egg Noodles with Chicken because it was 90% noodles with a few pieces of carrots and several pieces of chicken.
