Eva Longoria Parker’s BESO Steakhouse and EVE Nightclub recently opened in Las Vegas inside the 8.5-billion dollarBeso Shot 4 (3) (2) “Crystals” CityCenter MGM/Mirage development. The  steakhouse combines Longoria Parker’s heritage and passion for cooking, and offers some of her creations including her guacamole, chicken tortilla soup and The Chili Rubbed Skirt Steak. Beso also offers a wide variety of steaks and seafood.

BESO is an LEED certified GREEN Restaurant: It is environmentally conscious with a stove hood that filters volatile organic kitchen compounds; Swarovski crystals reclaimed from the Oscars for use as chandeliers; recycled wallpaper, compostable to-go boxes, and paper menus; and locally sourced building materials to save on shipping and reduce the transportation carbon footprint.

As any celebrity owned establishment, BESO Steakhouse is a stomping ground for A-List celebrities and their entourages: Prince, Victoria and David Beckham, Kate Beckinsale, The Black Eyed Peas, Zac Efron, Justin Timberlake, Holly Madison, Jessica Biel, Hayden Panettiere, Jessica Simpson, Wilmer Valderama, P Diddy, Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson, and Salma Hayek.

BESO and EVE are the first ever female-owned, female-designed, and female-operated restaurant and nightclub in Vegas. To honor this achievement, Clark County and the City of Las Vegas named February 20th forever “Eva Longoria Parker Day.”
