Chef Scott Anderson of the award winning elements restaurant (163 Bayard Lane in Princeton, New Jersey; scott 1 (3).www.elementsprinceton.com)  has been invited — for the second year in a row —  to share his innovative menu of seasonal vegetables and ingredients with diners at Mosefund Farm as one of this year’s Outstanding in the Field events. The events are described as “restaurants without walls,” creating unique dining experiences for all participants.

On September 4th, 2010 at 3:00pm, Chef Anderson will create a farm to table experience offering diners the chance to enjoy a locally grown and sustainable meal. Guests will join farmers, producers and the chef to sit at a long family-style table and share a locally inspired meal in the beautiful surroundings of the farm
