Known for its world-class cuisine and signature chef’s degustation menu, Masa’s recently announced that they are changing their menu format. The restaurant will now offer a four course menu ($89) and a seven course menu ($140), which marks a shift from their longstanding five ($105) and nine ($175) course offerings.
Diners can look forward to putting themselves in Executive Chef Gregory Short’s hands as he delivers creative and innovative dishes for each course. Impeccably paired with wines by Master Sommelier Alan Murray, guests at Masa’s will enjoy a French/Californian dining experience unlike any other. Furthermore, with less savory courses, there is now more room to indulge in Pastry Chef John McKee’s luscious desserts.
