Land O’ Lakes introduced European Style salted and unsalted butter that is made with sweet cream and churned slower than traditional butters. This decreases the moisture content and increases the fat content in order to provide a rich flavor and extra creamy texture.
Each tablespoon contains 110 calories and 8 grams saturated fat (of 12 grams total).
I would not bother with land o lakes european style butter. I have no idea what kind of stabilizers they are putting in this product because
when i leave it out on the counter it does not soften like other european butters. Also, when making an egg, it will eventually turn brown, not
what I expected in a so called european style butter. I will continue to use Challenge butter, you get what you pay for today!!!

Land o’lake butter makes my cakes moist. I love it. will continue to use it.. I use it for breakfast on my toast, but I mainly use it for baking.
