Deborah Woody wrote to us asking, “Emeril Lagasse did a creole cornbread/sausage dressing for Women’s World weekly magazine for a Thanksgiving edition years ago. I can’t find that recipe anywhere on line. Can you find it for me? I remember some of the ingrediants. Boxed cornbread mix, heavy cream, 1lb bulk sausage, jalepenos, green onions, bell peppers, niblet corn. You could do part of this dressing/stuffing mix ahead of time. Please help me. Thank you.”
We contacted Woman’s World and got this recipe published in November 2003, when the entire Thanksgiving feast was Emeril’s recipes. Enjoy.
