The milk chocolate bars contains 270 calories, 10 grams saturated fat (of 16 grams total), 38 milligrams of sodium and 3 grams protein; the Dark chocolate 275 calories, 10 grams saturated fat (of 16 grams total, 4 milligrams sodium and 3 grams protein per 1.75-ounce serving size.
